This collection was completed on the last day of Scorpio season so has taken it’s name after the two stars at the tail end of the Scorpius constellation, Shaula and Lesath. They appear as a double star to the naked eye and are sometimes referred to as the ‘Cat’s Eyes’. They point to one of the most beautiful open star clusters in the sky, Messier 7.
